Cheese Wheels started with a simple realization: while great Swiss cheese exists, most people never get to taste the very best of it.
After years of traveling, tasting, and discovering cheeses across Switzerland, I learned just how much variety exists beyond what most people already know. Many of the ones I loved most were also the hardest to find back home.
