Cheese Wheels started from my love of discovering incredible cheeses throughout Switzerland. I was always bringing something home and telling friends they had to try them.
Tasting my way through small-batch producers and falling hard for cheeses you simply can’t find on standard supermarket shelves has been pure joy. Eventually, I realized I wanted to share these discoveries with more than just the people who happen to wander into my kitchen.
Cheese Wheels is my way of sharing the very best Alpine cheeses, exactly the way they deserve to be experienced.
